                MCE OF KKMA TOURS 2022 BECE CENTRES

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of Kpone-Katamanso Municipal Assembly (KKMA), Hon. Samuel Oko Amanquah on Monday 17th October, 2022 toured some Basic Education Certificate Examination centres (BECE) across the Municipality. He was accompanied by the Municipal Education Director; Mr Harry Evans Authur, Hon Jerry John Adjorlolo; Assembly Member of Sraha Zenu electoral area, Mrs Millicent Adumuah Caesar; in charge of Finance and Administration and Mr Samuel Akpeng; a personal assistant to the MCE.

Statistics available from the Kpone-Katamanso Municipal Education Directorate indicate that a total number of seven thousand, nine hundred and thirty-three (7,933) candidates are writing this year’s BECE. According to the Municipal Education Directorate, the candidates are from 288 public and private basic schools across the Municipality comprise of 3767 males and 4166 females.

Addressing the 2022 BECE candidates at the Zenu cluster of schools, Hon Amanquah advised the candidates to focus on their future professions and give the examination their best shot. He asked the candidates to take in consideration all that their parents have invested in their education from pre-school till now and make their parents and teachers proud. Hon Amanquah prayed that the Lord grant all the candidates profound successes as they sit for their BECE.

Mr Harry Authur wished all the candidates good luck and impressed upon them to avoid examination malpractices.
