The Kpone Katamanso Municipal’s National Commission for Civic Education, zenu zonal council on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 held its 68 Independence Day Constitution Quiz at Richester school complex -New York.
This activity seeks to instill the spirit of patriotism and to promote team work into these younger generation. In this regard, four (4) Junior High learners from both public and private schools were selected to compete among themselves on selected chapters of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana.

- Price KKMA 2 JHS
- Zenu KKMA 4
- Blessed Adventist Academy.
The school’s selected falls within two electoral areas, therefore hon. Jerry Adjorlolo, and the assembly member for sraha electoral area together with Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim aka “No 9 No 10” graced the occasional and donated twenty (20) packets of note 1 exercise books and a monetary token to the winner to augment the winning prizes available.
Alhaji Mohamoud Mahama Assistant Director 1 from Kpone Katamanso Municipal Assembly served as the special guest of honor, he reiterated the need for learners to pick up some of these challenges and also engage themselves in extracurricular activities such as this helps in shaping their personalities.
The contest after the end of round three saw Zenu KKMA 4 JHS emerging as the ZONAL WINNER with 57 points, Blessed Adventist Academy 56 points, Richester school complex with 44 points, Prince KKMA 2 with 38 points respectively.
Some dignitaries present were NCCE Municipal Director- Mr. Seth Sotie and some heads of department, head teachers and CEC patrons of the competing schools.
